One of the latest patches nuked the Guardian ascendancy aura generation, need help!

No longer gaining new shrine auras, stuck in a 20 second window entering maps before my ascendancy node Harmony of purpose shrines aura generates. 30 second cooldown with no rotation cycle anymore. Also loss of maddening presence aura. 80% nerf to the builds dps/mapping/survability and the ascendancy itself. Please help! Never been this stuck before. FoulOathsDarkness
