Softlock at Plunder's Point

Quest: Forgotten Bounty
Objective: "Speak to Makoru to sail to Plunder's Point"

I assume it's because I teleported to my friend instead of actually going there myself. Now, the quest itself doesn't seem to progress no matter how I try sailing to Plunder's Point in Act 4.

Nevermind! Doing other quests fixed it. That was the workaround.
