Remove omen of amelioration

The only reason somebody is not carrying this is because they either forgot or they are lvl 100.

Theres a phenomenon in gaming where , when everyone needs to acquire a certain "optional" thing, it should either be given or removed.

Mentally incapacitated players who do not know how to build defenses and potentially die vs miller are able to get to lvl 100 easily with this item. This is unacceptable.

After 95 you losing much more XP than gaining and omen become more about diminishing returns.

So L take. Also defences in POE2 does not exists. You either one tap them or they one tap your 30k evasion.

Easily?
It's not saving you from death and 2.5% exp at level 99 still means hours of playtime.
