dodge roll bug

got this bug some time ago, but that post was deleted

problem is still here - when i use galvanic shards just right during dodge roll, there is a time window, when my character slows moving after dodge roll and not shooting with galvanic shards immediately after rolling but uses it some time after that without me clicking mouse button to use a skill.
