Unable to select Rare beast in beast crafting?

I'm unable to do any beast crafting due to unable to select rare beasts despite of having beast in stock.

All beasts are Rare, with few exceptions that are Uniques.

Yellow Beasts, afaik, have only a single Bestiary modifier, while Red Beasts have 2-3.
Red Beasts are also special monster types--most are based on their region (eg species name starts with Craicic if they're from The Deep), while the ones from harvest instead are based on their nature type (species name starts with Vivid, Primal, or Wild).

Red Beasts cannot be used where a recipe calls for Yellow Beasts.
