Account-specific gateway issue and incorrect death message on my character

Hello,

I’m having a strange issue in Path of Exile 2 that seems to affect only my account.

I cannot properly enter **Vaal Ruins** on some EU gateways, especially **Frankfurt** and **Stockholm**. When I try on those servers, one of two things happens:

* the loading screen lasts forever, or
* I get into the area, but my ping jumps from around **30 ms** to **10,000 ms**, and then I disconnect.

What is strange is that this seems to happen **only on my account**. My friends are still able to enter **Vaal Ruins** on Frankfurt without any problems, but I cannot.

I can still join on some other gateways like **London** and **Paris**, but the performance there is much worse for me. For example, I also cannot run **Temple** properly on London because it becomes very laggy. Frankfurt used to work well for me before.

There is also another strange issue with the death message. Before, when Berserk was active, it was normal if the game showed **“[nickname] did suicide”** after I died. But now, even when Berserk is no longer active and I die normally from monster hits, it still shows that same **“did suicide”** message.

Because this only affects my account, I’m wondering if there could be some account-specific bug or server-side issue related to these gateways/instances.

Could you please check whether there is anything wrong with my account or with how it is connecting to Frankfurt/Stockholm instances?
