this armor is truly controversial. To this day, I still wonder how this armor continues to exist. Considering that items with 100 times less potential have always been nerfed, why does something so far above normal still remain?

When I first saw this armor being used in practice on a map, I couldn’t believe it. I thought that player was using hacks, because it could withstand the strongest damage in the game and nothing would happen. When I saw that, I thought: he must be hacking for sure. When something is so powerful that it surpasses all limits and starts being compared to hacking, it means the nerf should have already happened, since the game has always followed the rule that items far above the average are nerfed. But why does this particular item still remain?

And this is bad even for the player who uses builds with this armor, because it makes the game too easy. If there is no longer any difficulty, the game loses its appeal — it becomes boring, because it feels like the player no longer needs to do anything, as if they have already completed the game, since the armor does everything and nothing is difficult for it.

You can simply check some examples on PoE Ninja! While normal builds in the game struggle to reach 1 million defense and less than 1 billion damage, this one can easily reach 2M, 5M, 10M while maintaining extremely high damage. In some posted examples, it’s possible to see 10B, 20B, even 40B damage — this is far above normal, it’s excessive.

I could have built something like this myself, but I prefer to make a normal build within the game. I don’t want to feel that the game is too easy or lose the motivation to play because my build does everything and there is no content left that can challenge me.

Will this 25k fire armor continue to exist in the game? Because other armors feel disadvantaged. It feels like this armor is being overly favored, giving it a kind of exclusivity, while the others follow the normal standards of the game.

For the sake of fair balance — which the game has always maintained and should continue to maintain — this armor should have already been nerfed, and the game should continue following its usual pattern of nerfing items that are far above the acceptable average. This is a matter of doing what is right and maintaining the standard it has always followed
