[Technical Issue] Infinite loading screens during zone transitions

Hello,
Since yesterday, I’ve been experiencing a strange issue: whenever I try to teleport to the Abyss Well with my Monk, I get an infinite loading screen. I’ve tried multiple times, but the result is always the same.

I thought I could just use the well with another hero, but today, while playing the Trial of Sekhemas on my main character, the same thing happened when loading into the third stage.

I’ve tried many different fixes, and the only thing that seemed to work was updating my graphics drivers. Unfortunately, the issue returned today.

I have no idea how to fix this. I’ve played for 1,300 hours and have never encountered this problem before.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
