ompleted Valdo map without reward

Hello GGG team!

A few minutes ago, I fully completed the Valdo map with a very expensive reward (Sublime vision), and the reward chest was not shown. I killed all the monsters on the map (count is 0 monsters remain) on the map and inside the Mirage, completed all the league mechanics. But nothing happened. Please help me to understand what was happening. It is a very expensive map, and I don't want to waste it.

I completed the map just 30 minutes ago. I have a screenshot and video of this map.

Not a video record from start to finish, especially the ore encounter

I suspect it is either bugged no matter what for the ore encounter, or the ore encounter have to fully charged and release all monsters to count (and of course have to kite the ore monsters around the ore, not away from the ore, as the latter will bugged the encounter so that ore encounter never count as complete)

There were Bismuth and Crimson ores; I completed both.

You have video playthough to prove it or not?

No, I don't record my regular gameplay. I started recording only when I realized that something went wrong.
But on the video you can see the remains of these ores on the ground.
