Serious BUG , can't enter any location on Atlas (PS5)

Today the whole day long i can't enter any location on Atlas except Ziggurat Refugee and Hideout.
Spending Waystone creates some portals but entering is leading to long time wait screen with spinning gears leading to nothing, can't even back to main menu.
Trying to switch several gateways (EU) - no positive result.
PLEASE HELP to continue playing the game

Sounds like this is a PoE2 bug report.
