No waystone after you die once on a boss with 4 Portals left

I know I'm bad and my stuff is low but it's very frustrating to loose the only way to get wayston because you die on a boss but you have some portals left. So when you try to progress in the atlas, not death is allow. GGG Plz can you ajust this. 5 portail 5 attemps to kill the boss and THE LOOT and THE WAYSTONE. Because you create two system the map where you can die manay time but for the boss it's different, I dont understant how it's possible to be so confuse.
