VENGEFUL CRY NOT WORKING

I can't seem to get Vengeful Cry to work. I'm using it manually, and even after a savage hit the warcry can't be triggered.

You'd need to post a Path of Building link or change your account's privacy settings to allow us to view your characters if you'd like us to try to establish what the problem is.
