Trade payments missing

Last night I set to sell in the shop 5 diamonds for about 1000 div. In the shop, from previous transactions I had ~300Ex and ~200 div to retrieve, I saw that during the night it sold all the diamonds, but in the store I can only find the Ex and the div that were there before. ~1000 div and ~300ex from other sold items are missing.

I only paid to have 1 tab available to sell items, so I don't know what happens if the only retrieve tab is full, maybe the bug is there.


UPDATE: I sold an item for 5761 scrolls of wisdom and got 2 pages of items, so the bug is in a different place.
