Effect Transfer from one item to another item...

What would you think of the idea of ​​being able to transfer a special effect from one item to another? Other games have this feature, but in PoE2, it would mean a huge number of builds, and you could only do or use it once per character to keep things simple. For me, there's nothing better than build diversity, especially when the build actually works.

I hope version 0.5 is fantastic and I can't wait to get started.
