"Flesh Chest" in Maligaro's Sanctum grants duplicated Bone Rings

When you leave the area and rejoin, the per Portal/Mirage etc. the "Flesh Cradle" Chest in Maligaro's Sanctum becomes openable again and grants multiple copies of the same Bone Ring.

Once you pick one up. All of them disappear
