dex/intel/strenght skill gem don't work with "skill gem has no attributi requirements"

I am writing to report a potential issue regarding the unique body armour modifier: "Skill Gems have no Attribute Requirements" in Path of Exile 2.

Issue Description:
I am currently equipped with a body armour that has the modifier "Skill Gems have no Attribute Requirements." However, when I attempt to socket Support Gems into my skill menu, I am still being blocked by Attribute Requirements.

Specifically, the game displays a warning: "157 Intelligence required (Current Intelligence: 150)" when I try to use certain Support Gems, despite the armor stating that requirements should be removed.

Could you please clarify if this is a bug or an intended mechanic? If it is intended, I strongly suggest updating the wording to "Active Skill Gems have no Attribute Requirements" to avoid confusion.
