Remove the sacrifice of div to get extra or 0

This feel like more on a casino and I really don't like it. People just spamming and hope to get lucky on it.

I have some friends who do this a lot and end up selling all his item because he got multiple stock of damnation card on it and now ended up to lose all of his gears. I don't want this kind of mechanics. A lot of people are addicted to gambling and this mechanics brings some sort of that vibe.

I assume you mean the horticrafting station for Harvest crafting to sacrifice partial divination card stacks to potentially gain more than you started with.

I second getting rid of this. But mainly cause I always lose at gambling.
+1

My only worry is, considering that's all Harvest crafting is good for since GGG gutted it, the lifeforce isn't going to be worth farming anymore.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

The others found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on juice. I am not so foolish.

Now hold on a minute. Res swap, reforge x, add/remove x, reroll catalysts/oils etc, influence swap, synth, enchantments,...

There is an absolute boatload of utility in Harvest, especially if you prefer crafting over trading. Sure, the market value of Harvest juice is low without the gambling bit, but the utility value can't be overstated.

On topic:

On the one hand, I agree with OP that it encourages unhealthy behaviour and should be looked on with scrutiny.

On the other hand, it's basically the only way to get full stacks of valuable cards in SSF. It is extremely time consuming to self farm something like Apothecary up to a full stack. If it weren't for Harvest gambling, these cards would basically be worthless in that environment. Maybe that's how it should be, idk, but it would feel bad to drop something so rare and valuable but having no way to make use of it.

Solution: Make it so that you can only gamble cards you dropped yourself. Cards from trade get a "no gambling" tag. I'm sure this won't happen, but I can dream... It would also rid us of the ungodly amount of gambling clips in our favourite PoE clipshow videos.
I mean i find it an absolutely degenerate way of "playing" the game.
I am just not a fan of removing things for players.
