Blink is too inconsistent + game considering blink running.

Title says it all, blink is too inconsistent.

There are some parts in maps you can easily blink over or around (a gap in the map like water, a wall/cornered wall or hill/stairs) and then there's other parts which would be considered the same type of terrain/ledge/wall/corner wall that blink gets blocked by and won't blink over or through.

Can we please have Blink adjusted so it blinks through and over everything it's SUPPOSED to and is consistent? The way it is now just doesn't make sense in a lot of scenarios and it's quite annoying and frustrating.

And for the love of God, can we PLEASE have the option to disable running when using Blink!? There's been SO many times where Blink would cause me to fall over in a pack of enemies simply because the game calculated me as trying to run after I blinked when in fact all I did was TAP spacebar to blink. In no way, shape or form did I attempt to run after blinking. The game shouldn't be registering blink as an attempt to run at all.

I understand you're supposed to double tap spacebar to prevent the game from registering a run command but that doesn't work when the game kicks you for "performing too many actions too fast".

Please fix these issues.
