Kinetic Blast + Frost Wall = Photo mode

Title, as soon as a rare mob spawns a frost wall or i spawn it with Headhunter, i have a single FPS till it despawns.
99% of my gameplay is fine even in giga juiced content, only this causes problems.
My setup has greater fork + nimis in case its relevant.
Also im playing on a 9800x3D cpu + 5070TI gpu, shouldnt be having this insane drops.

Please consider smoothing this interaction.
