black screen with sound only

Hi, sorry to bother you, but due to a problem with my PC, I changed monitors to an LED TV. I have an HDMI cable and everything is set up correctly: the monitor resolution is fine, everything is plugged in, and when I open the PoE 1, there's only sound and the game cursor, and the screen is black. I tried reinstalling the game and updating the drivers, but nothing changed; it's still the same.

See if the below helps;

• Close the game client if it's running
• Find the game's production_Config.ini file
• Change its name in literally any way (adding ".bak" to the end could be convenient)
• Run the game again to see if it works now
