does anybody know how this guys got Transfusion support gem in standard?

Create character in HC Mirage -> get gem -> RIP to Standard

I've tested what would be if you die in hc mirage => you will be transferred to sofcore mirage, not standard.

There is no way to currently get them in standard.
You'll need to wait until season is over. Maybe they'll go core. |

Then they got it from a card. Either void or something that gives lvl 4 thing.
