Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Can not open vaal side area by using sacrifice fragment anymore?? - Forum

From the 3.28 patch notes: " Sacrifice and Mortal Fragments can no longer be used in a Map Device to open a random Vaal Side Area directly. Instead, they can be used alongside Maps to add a Vaal Side Area to the opened Map, while still applying their current Map Item Quantity bonus.
