Energy from within cannot modify passives affected by timeless jewels

I was curious and tried testing out if there would be any large ward increase from using a faithguard alongside heroic tragedy & an "Energy From Within Cobalt Jewel".
All passives affected by the Heroic Tragedy retain their "increased maximum life" state rather than be converted into "increased maximum energy shield" from Energy From Within Cobalt Jewel. Please investigate.
