In my effort to see Path of Exile improve even further, I’d like to share my opinion. A large portion of players stop playing because of how scarce drops are. Why does it have to be so difficult? A player’s joy comes from seeing the items they desire drop much more frequently. Why can’t drops be more abundant and finally put an end to this scarcity that takes away enjoyment and pushes players to quit and move on to other games or activities that feel more rewarding?

We also shouldn’t forget about Standard league, where it feels like drops are ten times worse compared to temporary leagues. Player satisfaction comes from getting more drops. At the very least, after 8 hours of gameplay, it would feel fair to drop at least one or two Mirrors. Yet there are hundreds of players who have played for 5 years and have never dropped a single Mirror. Why so much difficulty?

This level of rarity only drives away the majority of players who would love to see more abundance so they can achieve their dream builds. So I ask, on behalf of many players, that drops become much more abundant throughout the entire game — including Standard league, not just temporary leagues.

I’m certain that this would keep many more players engaged in Path of Exile, and also attract new players who have not yet started playing.

The Standard league should not be overlooked, as it has a loyal player base. Content that provides special items should be included for at least 3 to 4 months, so these players can continue doing what they enjoy most: improving their builds. It is important to give them the opportunity to obtain these items.

Additionally, having better drop rates than in the league would be beneficial, since the Standard league has fewer players. Because of this, players often have to progress on their own, making the experience more difficult compared to leagues. To keep them engaged, drop rates should be improved.

For this reason, I kindly ask for better drops, and that league content which includes special items should not be excluded from the Standard league. These players should not be left out — they want the chance to improve their builds on their own, using the builds they have already developed.
