Commanding Rage Doesn't work with Primal Hunger

There should be no reason it doesn't work. Seems like a massive bug.

Minions get Attack Damage and Speed from Commanding Rage based on your total rage amount.

Primal Hunger doubles your rage amount

Ergo minions should get the extra damage and speed...

After looking into it. This doesn't look like a bug, just poorly worded. I still wish it gets changed to make it work.
