PS5 Skill bindings to weapon set not working.

While trying to set up multiple crossbow weapon sets with permafrost on one and fragmentation rounds on the other. Permafrost works for weapon set 1. fragmentation Rounds does not work on weapon set 2. Is there others experiencing this issue? Has anyone found a fix?

Figured it out, there is a second fire skill for weapon set 2
