Contract is still bugged.
If one completes Twins unique quest first then it's not possible to complete the quest. It says "Talk to Kurai" (after finishing the map) but there is no option to talk to her - quest is stuck in this state. Last bumped on Apr 19, 2026, 7:11:37 PM

I have the same issue and it seems like it prevents you from being able to drop the twins unique contract. Very annoying
