Hardcore Standard Doesn't have the option to reload at last checkpoint

Every league for HC and HCSSF dont have respawn at checkpoint anymore since 0.4.
I believe it havent been explain officialy and doesnt appear in patch notes so nobody know if it's a bug or intended.

You can still log out and respawn in town or hideout if you are stuck or something and need to hard reset instance in campaign.
If it's on map you will loose one portal tough.
