Impaler keystone doesn't impale one-shot enemies

With The Impaler keystone allocated, one shotting an enemy does not inflict any impales on that enemy if that enemy is the only enemy dealt damage from the impaling hit, though nearby enemies are still impaled. Killing two enemies simultaneously will result in one of the two not being impaled.
This effect also prevents Double Strike of Impaling and Bear Trap of Skewers from dealing reflect damage to nearby enemies on killing blow.

When The Impaler is not allocated, killing an enemy in a single hit will inflict impales on that enemy, as shown on its corpse and which can be recalled from the corpse.

I just noticed this too on my gauntlet retal build. Not enough that retal skills are clunky as hell but both 'The Impaler' keystone and 'Great Old One's Testicles' gloves have to also be bugged..
