Sacred Sigils Challenge does not progress

Sacred Sigils challenge does not progress. When i pick a Sigil none of the numbers tick up no matter which type of sigil I pick.
I am stuck at:
45/50 Sigil of Naviri.
37/50 Sigil of Kelari.
50/50 Sigil of Ruzhan.

*Was* also stuck at,

50/50 Navira
49/50 Kelari
50/50 Ruzha

No matter what I select, Kelari will not complete.

Completing a different map on a different atlas counted for the last wish, but 6 maps on the same map (Jungle Valley) resulted in no progress.
