"Failed to connect to instance"

Getting this error for 1 week straight now, I am unable to play the game. No matter what server/gateway I connect to, I load into town, then try to go to hideout and am kicked out to main menu immediately. I've never faced this error before this consistently since I started playing the game in 2020.

I tried changing DNS settings, flushing DNS, messing around with network settings. Nothing works.

From what I understand, this is the only place to get technical support, but I might be wrong. If that's the case, can I please have some insight here?
