How will reliquarian work in standard?

Have ggg released anything on what happens once reliquarian goes to standard? Tried googling this but couldn't find anything. Will you get to keep the uniques from whatever league you played and then be able to update to the newest by redoing lab, or will it just auto update and break your build? Kinda at the point in league where I just wanna fuck around with fun stuff but I don't wanna invest a lot in something thats gonna be useless when league ends

I would guess standard always gets the last iteration of it? or maybe the iteration is defined on creation

Reliquarian nodes will change when a new content patch is launched. This should be automatic for new league, new standard, and existing standard players.

Which means that at soon as you log in after a new content patch is "live" your previous Reliquarian build should be "bricked".
