Ruin monsters (shades) in ultimatum ignore all sources of avoid / dodge / elusive.

As a fun project i decided to make an ultimatum farming build WITHOUT block to run shattered shield ultimatums.

My character stats:
Evade chance: 95%
Spell dodge chance: 75%
Elusive on crit (92% crit chance)
100% increased elusive effect
18% chance to avoid all damage from hits
22% chance to avoid projectiles
14% chance to avoid projectiles if you've taken projectile damage recently

Description of Ruin says that, quote: "Evasion, spell dodge, damage avoidance (e.g. Elusive), hit avoidance - prevent Ruin from being applied." but in reality none of those seem to affect either melee or ranged Ruin shades in ultimatum.

For a test i ran all kinds of inscribed ultimatums with ruin 1/2/3/4 specifically WITHOUT "Precise Monsters" modifier. Very important, every single ultimatum HAD NO "Precise Monsters" so, logically, my character should be avoiding at least some of those hits. But no, every single hit scores a ruin hit, regardless if its melee or spell.

Please, i would like either a clarification on what is going on here, or a fix in case this is a bug.

???
precise monsters isn't the only modifier that affects evasion/etc... Possibly a different one is bricking your avoidance layers.

also not every ability can be RNG avoided... some require physically moving away from... IDK if those exist in ultimatum stuff though. I am only loosely aware of the mods that can show up... but not the mobs.

First of all its only 'precise monsters' modifier that's supposed to affect my dodge / avoid layers.

Second, the problem is ONLY with ruin monsters, regular monsters were never a problem and they can barely hit me like at all. Meanwhile ruin monsters hit me every single time even with melee autoattacks which shouldn't be possible. Its not about them hitting me more than usual, they hit me every time (tested), they don't miss whatsoever. So there is no rng whatsoever when it comes to ruin shades, they just ignore all my avoid / dodge defensive layers. I would be okay if it was a regular rng, but those monsters completely ignore avoid damage / dodge / spell dodge as a defensive mechanic, despite wiki clearly saying that those defensive layers are supposed to work against Ruin monsters.

Bump cuz still no reply. Why is evasion / spell dodge / avoid damage not working in ultimatum against ruin monsters ? why are ruin monsters ignoring those layers of defense even though in wiki it is said that all of those can be used to dodge/avoid ruin ?.
They don't work AT ALL, ruin monsters hit with both ruin attacks and ruin spells 100% of time even though i have maxed dodge / spell dodge and avoid damage.
Regular monsters miss and their damage gets avoided, but ruin monsters always hit.

The wiki is not maintained by GGG, and Mark stopped doing mechanics Q&As long ago, so it's just the efforts of players playtesting GGG's game for them, which can be wrong.

Per PoEDB, shades from Stalking Ruin have a "Your hits can't be Evaded" modifier, so that's why Evasion is ineffective against their melee attacks. You can complain that it's too obfuscated or inconsistent with block being able to prevent their attacks and spells, but it's unlikely to be a bug.

I did tests of my own and these are my findings:
1) https://youtu.be/0QibCq3AqlQ?si=KH85S7k-693UClxq Spell Dodge works for their ranged spells just fine.
2) https://youtu.be/zYl71wC72TA?si=uR60XvDUSDqB4UvP Projectile avoidance works as well.
3) https://youtu.be/cENV-ucCGJM?si=kYEtrhnIH1VFN4cb Elusive however, does not. But this makes sense, since it only prevents Damage, and not all consequences of a hit like the other mechanics. I've updated the wiki accordingly.

They still could be bugged in other ways, but it should be more specific to your situation than simply "every avoidance method fails against them". Here's my PoB for reference: https://pobb.in/JViuLzJ7eFxA
