the winds of fate + Diamond shrine Belt

Yo, i didnt find a Post over the search about this Interaction, but it seems its bugged? the winds of fate foul staff has as effect: Crit chance can only be max 50% and non crit deal no DMG, and the shrine Belt (Diamond) makes that every hit is a crit without improving ur Crit chance, so i understand it like the Staff+Belt would be an insane Combo. Now that i have both items i noticed that alot of Hits dont deal any Damage and now i wonder if that is working as intended or is it Bugged?

Perhaps you had active flasks at that moment

You have Diamond Shrine Buff while affected by no Flasks

U may be right, i forgot that i have a pot in my bar that activates by itself when hitting a rare >.>
