Maven voidstone did not drop – Bug Report ID 3,781,156,681

Hi,

I would like to report an issue with obtaining the Maven voidstone on my account.

League: Mirage 3.28

Bug report ID: 3,781,156,681

Issue description:
I have defeated The Maven multiple times this league, always in my own instance using my own Maven’s Writ (I opened the map device myself and was the map owner). The Maven encounter and loot work normally, but the voidstone for “defeating The Maven / the Envoy of the Atlas” has never dropped.

Additional details:

My Memory Map is 100/100 completed.

I already have the other voidstones (for defeating Uber Elder and the other bosses), but the slot that says “Defeat The Maven / (Rite voidstone)” is still empty.

The Maven questline shows that I have done several 10‑boss invitations and Maven kills this league.

Despite that, the Maven voidstone has never appeared on the ground or been added to my atlas device.

Expected result:
On my first successful Maven kill (as map owner, after completing the 10-boss invitation questline), I should receive the corresponding voidstone.

Actual result:
No voidstone drops, and the atlas slot remains empty even after multiple successful Maven kills in my own instance.

Could you please check my account/character progress associated with bug report ID 3,781,156,681 and see whether the Maven voidstone can be granted or my progression corrected?
