Blight pack stuck on spawn node cannot be damaged

Blight mechanic on city square not inside mirage
corner map blight, the final wave with the boss are stuck on the spawn node, not moving and undamageable interactable.

Some normal monsters are able to move past the spawn and can be interacted with.

Blight chest rewards were rewarded as if the event ended, no blight pump rewards, no completion notice.
