Wish for trinkets still dropping jewellery

I am doing breaches in Mirage, not sure if that changes anything, but I am finding tons of belts, amulets and rings even when I've selected Wish for Trinkets (Jewellery found in Mirage Area will instead drop as Jewels)

It might actually be from delirium drops. I have jewelry + essences and there is a pile of rings + essences.

" rewards from league mechanics are unaffected by things like this. Just like blocking certain mechanics(and their scarabs) doesn't prevent their scarabs from dropping from league mechanic sources. Just normal monsters. |
