Uber dread and fear bosses not looting any items

I joined my friend that couldn't kill uber fear cleared the boss but nothing dropped and the today joned him again to kill uber dread and nothing dropped again.
I suspect that if aanother person besides the owner of the map enters to kill triggers the bug or if someone is entering the area during the death animation.
