Relic of the Precursors Map Device MTX + Logbooks Portal Failure

Hello,

I'm reporting a bug I've managed to trigger quite reliably.

While using:
Relic of the Precursors Map Device
+
Logbooks

I regularly cannot enter the portals created. From memory I think once this happened with a regular map too.

My workaround is reverting to the non MTX map device, which works fine.

Please can you take a look - I'd like to use this portal in my hideout.
It's the Dominus one if that helps at all.
