Foulborn Mjölner (Lightning Bolt on Hit with 250ms CD) does not benefit from Cooldown Recovery Gem

I think it should work, the CDR gem does not state "skill gems" like Empower, Enhance but "Skills". The CDR gem also works with regular Mjölner.
