Orb of Unravelling can downgrade the tier of essence mods?

its definitely intended that essences can go + a tier(cannot bring a tier 1 mod to essence tier)... mostly for cases where lower tier essences were used

the real bug here is that deafening essence of dread has incorrect internal item level "requirement" scaling when you look at the quiver proj speed stuff on poedb

screaming is 55(t2 regular mod equiv), shrieking is 82(equiv to t1)... deafening is 28(which between tier 3(27) and 4(41))

so that orb did +1 tier to the essence mod... pushing it to tier 4... when you look at the internal requirements for the essence.


this is the only essence I noticed this on, the rest are scaled correctly(at least the ones I looked at)... the armor on belts from essence of dread have the same issue getting a +tier on deafening essence armor would bring it to t2(shrieking equivalent)... there might be more but its alot of effort to manually check all the essence mods(as I would have to check each slot)

due to orbs of unraveling's existence this needs to be fixed so deafening essence mods don't downgrade multiple tiers with it
