WTS Full RF Chief Build

Made it to level 96 without issue - full gems, gear, flasks, cluster, everything. It's not the best it can be, but I have moved onto another build.

Full price - 20D.

Easy clear for T16.5's and juicing. Based on Pohx, but without the glancing blows. On most Eastern afternoons - Captain Condon is the GT.
