interaction between monastery bell and shattershard not working with the new shield skills

The interaction between the monastery bell and shattershard is known for a while.every shield attack count as blocking with the monastery bell,and blocking trigger the skill from the shattershard unique shield,making a wide lightning damage aoe.this works incredibly well with skills like shield charge,and hoped to use this interaction with the new shield skills like divine blast,but sadly it doesn't work.maybe this is an overlook,or somehow a missing specification on the shattershard side if it needed to be melee skills,but since even shield' charge's aoe cone works to trigger shield shatter,there's no reason for it not to work with divine blast and the other new shield skills.the monastery bell only state it works with shield attack skills only,and shattershard only states when you block.divine blast is an attack too.either it's intended or an overlooked part with the new shield skills,i hope this will be fixed
