Sacred grove failed to spawn with 100% chance

On the atlas, I have every block node except for the sacred grove for 20%, 80% increased chance in the rest and yet it did not spawn. A trial did spawn though. So either the sacred grove is out of bounds (jungle valley) or the trial is left in the blockable additional content pool, and thus spawned that instead of the sacred grove. Standard portion of the map, not the mirage. I've ran 20 other maps right before it with the same setup without any problem.
