Eldritch Altar Final Boss drops Scarabs does not apply to additional bosses from Domination scarab of terrors

All other altar effects apply to additional bosses generated by the scarab including but not exclusive to:
Final boss drops X currency
Final boss drops X div cards

The scarab altar effect only drops on the 'Actual" final boss'
