Cinderswallow malediction and ailment reflection

The veiled modifier that states:
"Enemies Ignited by you during Effect have Malediction"
Can affect the player despite the keyword "Enemies" when the player reflects ailments onto themselves.

This is easily reproduced by using an item like Fulcrum which reflects all ailments onto the player, equpping cinderswallow urn with said mod, and ignitng enemies during the flask's effect.

This is consistent with other sources of "enemies ignited by you" being reflected, such as Cinderswallow's take increase #% damage, Snowforged -5% res, etc.
