Diamond Shrine not working on Gladiator?

I have tried everything i can starting with unequipping all items and equipping just the weapon, equipping different weapon and respecing my entire skill tree and no matter what i do despite the fact that it says i am affected by diamond shrine the critical strike chance never goes up.
I also tried equipping the belt on all my other characters and it works just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
UQ Items i am wearing: Replica Farrul's Fur, Marylene's Fallacy Lapis Amulet, Azadi Crest, Paradoxica, Thunderfists, Screams Of The Desiccated.
None of those items are corrupted or have any special modifiers.
Keystones i am using on my tree: Unwavering Stance, Versitalie Combatant, Iron Reflexes, Supreme Ostentation.
