[3.781.924.246] Endless Hunger frag not dropping

edit: I just found out from global chat that you get progress on encountering the first pack of eater mobs in the map, not killing the mapboss.
This also happens in Mirage, meaning you get double influence just by playing mirage (haven't tested if that is always the case).
This should interfere with the mapboss dropping the fragment, since you technically aren't on 14th map but on 15th due to double progress gain.

im running eater altars for quite a while now and noticed that sometimes the Endless Hunger fragment isnt dropping on killing the 14th mapboss and now i found out why.

Somehow the counter jumps from 13th map to 15th map completed, skipping the 14th boss.

As you can see in my screenshots i was about to do reef and had 4 maps with astrolabe left.
Note that the counter for Eater of Worlds is at 13th completed maps.

After clearing reef the Astrolobe dust dissappears from reef, leaving 3 maps to clear but the counter jumps to 15 eater maps completed.

Someone in discord mentioned the double progress atlas note, but i dont have that allocated.
Even IF it was allocated, i should get the fragment right?

Also i didnt do a map inbetween the 2 screenshots

I dont know if its a bugged interaction with mirage (reef boss wasnt killed twice tho) or the astrolabe.
