Shapeshifting causes staggering palm to stop firing projectiles after swapping back to quarterstaff

Shapeshifting into a werewolf with pounce while you have the staggering palm buff on you will cause staggering palm to stop firing projectiles for the rest of the zone when you swap back to your quarterstaff. Even if you let the buff fall off entirely and refresh it you won't fire any projectiles unless you unequip the staggering palm gem first. I have not tested if shapeshifting into other forms causes the same issue, but it definitely happens with werewolf.
