Major POE2 Issue

I have played over 500 hours of poe2 and probably a couple hundred bucks spent in the game, safe to say I am a huge fan. I have not been able to play for about a month. WASD has stopped working, Click to move feels terrible, the same with controller. I can move with WASD for a minute or two when i first load into the game, then I am unable to move. It is a game-breaking problem. Every other key on the keyboard works besides the "Move up, Move Left, Move Right, and Move down" commands. If i switch the "move up" input to my mouse, then it works. I do not have any issues with WASD working on any other game. I'm afraid that this issue will not go away and I will have to resort to other ARPGs which frankly are no where near as fun as this game.

Does the issue still happen when you perform a Clean Boot?

The next time this happens could you post the game client's log file?

Thanks for the quick reply, i will try the clean boot in the next couple days. i am not sure how to post the game clients log file but i will google it. i will post it in a reply if it lets me. appreciate it
it still happened after the clean boot, do you want me to pm you the log file?
Wait another year, they might get around to fixing it. Game breaking issues are kind of low on their todo list.
Disclaimer: I am not a PC user. This is just a very curious problem.

Have you checked the Filter Keys settings in the Windows accessibility settings? If Filter Keys is turned on it can cause WASD-type keys to stop working.

Sorry if this isn't helpful. I just saw somebody else with the same problem was able to switch computers and it seemed to only affect one computer they were using, which is odd.
